1 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the 1111bt website and all services accessible at https://1111bt.bio. "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers for or accesses an account on the Platform. "Account" means the personal account created by a Player to access 1111bt services. "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on qualifying games before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with 1111bt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Gambling by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative for any third party when depositing or wagering.
• You have not previously had a 1111bt account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You are registering with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

1111bt reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any point. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account access with any other person. 1111bt will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately via Telegram at @1111bt_official or by email at [email protected]. You agree to notify us without undue delay and to cooperate fully with any investigation.

1111bt reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation, without prior notice.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1111bt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be added or removed at 1111bt's discretion with notice to players.

• All payment methods used must be registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from mobile wallets registered to another person are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe displayed at the point of request. 1111bt targets processing withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within five minutes during normal operating conditions, though delays may occur during periods of high volume or technical maintenance.
• 1111bt reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, before processing any withdrawal above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team.
• Any deposit identified as originating from fraudulent activity will be reversed, and the associated account will be immediately suspended.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

1111bt offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, the 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players who meet the qualifying criteria specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, crash games, and fishing games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements have been satisfied, unless otherwise stated.
• 1111bt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified and treated fairly in accordance with reasonable industry standards.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering to clear bonus requirements, or collusion between players, will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent account termination.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

The outcome of every game is determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Platform or by players.

In the event of a data feed error, system malfunction, or clearly incorrect odds being published, 1111bt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination with forfeiture of balance:

• Exploitation of software bugs, display errors, or incorrectly published odds.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any activity connected to corruption in sporting events.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits through payment providers after wagering has occurred.

7 Responsible Gaming

1111bt is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We offer the following tools directly within every player's account dashboard, accessible at any time without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time period.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

1111bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• A deposit chargeback has been initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• The player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 1111bt's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative or commercial reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will continue to be processed in the normal timeframe.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1111bt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or business opportunities.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by data feed failures, software bugs, or connectivity issues, where such errors are remedied by voiding affected bets and returning stakes.
• Decisions made by game providers in relation to game outcomes, RTP configurations, or jackpot awards.

1111bt's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

1111bt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

We implement 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions on the Platform. Player data is stored on secure servers and is never sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties except as required by applicable law, fraud-prevention obligations, or the legitimate operational needs of our payment processing partners.

11 Amendments to These Terms

1111bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. In the event of any dispute between you and 1111bt arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. 13 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1111bt with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
